Emply V1 will officially be shut down on March 31, 2026. This decision is made to focus on the latest version of our platform, Emply V2 – a platform that offers enhanced functionality, a modern design, and a more user-friendly recruitment experience. In this FAQ, we answer the most frequently asked questions about the migration process.

 

Why is Emply V2 being phased out?

Emply V2 represents the next step in the development of our platform, offering improved functionality, a modern design, and a more user-friendly recruitment experience. To provide the best possible solution, we are now focusing solely on Emply V2 as our forward-looking platform – ensuring you have the best recruitment tool on the market.

 

When will Emply V1 be shut down?

Emply V1 will officially be shut down on March 31, 2026. After this date, the platform will no longer be available.


Will I still receive support for Emply V1 until the shutdown?

Yes, we will continue to provide standard support for Emply V1 until March 31, 2026. Our support team will be available via the usual channels and will assist with any V1-related questions during this period.

 

What does the migration process look like?

The migration includes the following steps:
  • Implementation meeting (2 hours): Introduction to Emply V2, planning the migration process, and aligning expectations.
  • Status meeting (1 hour): Transferring content from V1 to V2.
  • Training session (1.5 hours): Review of workflows in Emply V2 and tips for setup.
  • Ready to start: After the training session, you will have about one week to make final adjustments. The old version will be deactivated on the day V2 goes live.

 

Will my data be migrated automatically?

Your data will not be transferred automatically but will need to be migrated manually to V2. We handle the migration process, so there’s not much for you to do.
